At this time, all rooms at Morris Legacy Development are shared accommodations. Our shared living environment is designed to provide safe, affordable housing while fostering a supportive community where residents can encourage and learn from one another.Each resident is provided with their own designated sleeping space and access to shared common areas, including the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry facilities, and living areas. All residents are expected to respect one another's privacy, personal belongings, and community rules to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home.

When will I sign my lease, and will I receive my own key?

If your application is approved and you decide to move forward after touring the property, you will review and sign your lease agreement with the Property Manager. In many cases, lease signing can be completed on the same day as your scheduled viewing.Once your lease has been signed, your security deposit and any required move-in fees have been paid, and your move-in date has been confirmed, you will receive your assigned key and move-in information.Because Morris Legacy Development offers shared accommodations, you will receive a key that provides access to the residence and any areas assigned to you. Keys remain the property of Morris Legacy Development and must be returned when your residency ends.Our goal is to make the move-in process simple, efficient, and welcoming so you can begin your new chapter with confidence.

are there any late fees

Yes. Rent is due 30 days from your move-in date and on the same date each month thereafter.If your rent is not received by the due date, a $50 late fee will be added to your account. An additional $50 late fee will be assessed every 7 days until your outstanding balance is paid in full.If you anticipate difficulty making your payment on time, please contact the Property Manager as soon as possible. Open communication may help us discuss available options before additional late fees accrue.Residents are responsible for paying all rent, late fees, and any other applicable charges as outlined in their lease agreement.
